Affiliate Manager

Job Description HFM is an internationally acclaimed multi-asset broker, delivering cutting-edge trading tools, platforms, and conditions to traders worldwide. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a commercially driven Affiliate Manager to join our growing team in Cyprus. You will develop profitable affiliate partnerships, acquire quality traffic and manage campaigns across international markets. Responsibilities: Identify, recruit and onboard new affiliates. Build strong relationships with existing partners. Negotiate CPA, revenue-share and hybrid commercial agreements. Monitor traffic quality, conversions, FTDs, NGR and ROI. Analyse performance and optimise campaigns. Coordinate promotions, creative assets and landing pages. Detect suspicious traffic and work with compliance and fraud teams. Prepare regular performance reports and market updates. Represent the company at industry events and conferences. Monitor affiliate traffic for fraud and suspicious activity. Work with fraud, compliance and risk teams to audit traffic quality. Requirements 3 years+ of affiliate-management experience, preferably in iGaming, forex or fintech. Good understanding of affiliate platforms and performance metrics. Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills. Commercial, analytical and results-focused mindset. Excellent written and spoken English. Additional languages and an established affiliate network are advantageous. Willingness to travel for conferences and partner meetings. Solid understanding of affiliate fraud patterns and how to spot them. Working knowledge of tracking and attribution platforms (e.g. AppsFlyer, Keitaro) and how postback tracking works.
