  • Review affiliate performance and CPA-related claims to assess the legitimacy of referred clients and acquisitions, ensuring alignment with internal policies and applicable partner agreements.
  • Document investigations, findings, actions, and case management procedures, and prepare reports to support fraud trend analysis and consistent decision-making.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of fraud detection models, monitoring rules, and preventive controls across affiliate activity and acquisition campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Marketing, and Technology teams to investigate suspicious affiliate activity, mitigate fraud risks, and continuously improve fraud prevention processes.

Requirements

  • Understanding of affiliate fraud risks and CPA-related abuse, such as fake leads, self-referrals, duplicate accounts, bot traffic, click fraud, and incentive abuse.
  • Ability to investigate multiple cases, document findings clearly, and apply sound problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with fraud detection tools, CRM systems, web analytics, SQL, or BI reporting solutions is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in anti-fraud, affiliate risk, AML, risk management, or digital acquisition analytics is considered a plus.
