We work with approved aged care providers across Australia who are authorised to offer employer sponsorship to skilled international candidates—when the right match arises. ✅ To Be Eligible, You Must: Hold a Certificate III in Individual Support (or recognised relevant qualification such as a bachelor/diploma in nursing) Have completed the Direct Care Skills Assessment through ANMAC Meet the English language requirements Be under 45 years of age at the time of visa application and remain under 45 after two years, to be eligible for a permanent residency visa later Be committed to living and working in Australia long-term in a full-time role ⚠️ Important Migration Note: Sponsorships under the Aged Care Labour Agreement begin with a 2-year temporary visa .
