Agent Deployment Engineer

About the Role

Join a specialized technical delivery team building and deploying AI agents for enterprise customers. You will lead hands-on implementation, working with customers and internal partners to launch reliable agents and improve the platform through feedback from real deployments.

What You'll Do

• Own AI agent build architecture and execution, from initial scoping and systems design through implementation and evaluation.

• Partner with customers to define success, translate requirements into build plans, and deliver solutions that support their business goals.

• Configure agent workflows, validate integrations, and help ensure reliable performance at scale.

• Collaborate with product, engineering, customer success, and go-to-market teams to surface gaps and inform platform improvements.

What We're Looking For

• 3 or more years of relevant experience delivering technical solutions end to end for customers.

• Experience writing Python code and building API-based integrations.

• Background at a technically complex B2B SaaS company.

• Experience building with or around LLMs, AI agents, conversational systems, or automation workflows.

• A bachelor's degree in computer science or strong equivalent fundamentals.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation range: CAD 150,000 to CAD 200,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
