Senior Agent Deployment Engineer

About the Role

Join a technical delivery team building and launching AI agents for enterprise customers. You will partner with customers and internal teams to turn requirements into reliable agent implementations, then use feedback from real deployments to improve the platform.

What You'll Do

• Own customer agent builds from initial scoping through launch and ongoing iteration.

• Translate customer requirements into clear implementation plans and configure agent workflows.

• Write and maintain code and agent-building artifacts, and validate APIs and integrations.

• Work with customer technical stakeholders and internal product, engineering, success, and go-to-market teams to resolve build gaps.

• Share deployment learnings to inform improvements to agent-building tools and platform capabilities.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of recent hands-on experience in a technical role, with a track record of shipping technical solutions end to end for customers.

• Proficiency writing Python and experience working with APIs and building integrations.

• A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field, with strong engineering fundamentals.

• Experience building with or around LLMs, AI agents, conversational systems, or automation workflows.

• Clear, polished communication and the ability to work effectively with senior technical stakeholders.

• Comfort with a hands-on technical delivery role focused on implementation and customer outcomes.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary range: $175,000 to $230,000 USD. Visa sponsorship is available.
