Agent Deployment Engineer

About the Role

Join a technical delivery team building and launching AI agents for enterprise customers. You will own hands-on implementation from initial scoping through launch and ongoing iteration, helping customers achieve reliable, high-quality agent experiences.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end AI agent builds, from defining customer goals and requirements to launch and iteration.

• Translate customer needs into clear implementation plans and configure the components needed to deliver agent workflows.

• Build and validate API integrations, and help ensure agents perform reliably at scale.

• Work with customer stakeholders and internal product, engineering, success, and go-to-market teams to coordinate delivery.

• Share implementation feedback and customer needs to inform improvements to the agent-building platform.

What We're Looking For

• At least 3 years of relevant experience delivering technical solutions end to end for customers, ideally at a technically complex B2B SaaS company.

• Proficiency writing Python code and experience working with APIs and building integrations.

• Experience building with or around LLMs, AI agents, conversational systems, or automation workflows.

• A bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent technical experience and strong computer science fundamentals.

• Clear, polished communication and the ability to work effectively with technical customer stakeholders.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $175,000 to $230,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
