What You'll Do

• Partner with customers and internal teams to define success criteria and translate requirements into practical build plans.

• Configure agent components, build integrations, and validate that solutions perform reliably in production.

• Test and iterate on agent workflows, surface product gaps, and share customer feedback with product and engineering teams.

• Coordinate with technical and customer-facing colleagues to support successful launches and ongoing improvements.

What We're Looking For

• At least 3 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as solutions engineering, forward-deployed engineering, technical consulting, or implementation engineering.

• Experience shipping production-grade technical solutions for customers, including structured execution, testing, validation, and iteration.

• Ability to write Python code and experience working with APIs and building integrations.

• Background at a technically complex B2B SaaS company, with familiarity integrating enterprise systems such as CRM, ticketing, or data platforms.

• Experience building with or around LLMs, AI agents, conversational systems, or automation workflows.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with senior technical stakeholders.

• Computer science education or equivalent technical experience and strong technical fundamentals.
