As an AI Agentic Visualization Engineer, you will contribute to the design and delivery of AI-powered visualization systems for Accenture clients across a spectrum of industries. Traditional BI (SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) is your foundation — what we build on top of it is the ability to think in agents, prompt LLMs, and design systems that make data proactively useful before a user has to ask.

What you will work on

• Support the design and development of AI-powered analytics solutions, including agentic systems, conversational BI experiences, intelligent dashboards, and natural language interfaces that surface insights, anomalies, trends, and KPI threshold breaches automatically.
• Contribute to the implementation of LLM-driven workflows by building and testing NL-to-query pipelines, conversational analytics experiences, visualization selection logic, narrative generation capabilities, and output validation mechanisms.
• Participate in the development of agentic data preparation pipelines by creating SQL transformations, integrating data from enterprise sources such as SAP, Salesforce, and Azure Data Lake, and supporting data quality and preparation activities across the analytics lifecycle.
• Assist in the design and implementation of intelligent monitoring solutions, including KPI threshold definitions, alert configurations, automated re-visualization triggers, and agent-generated narrative summaries.
• Develop audience-aware visualization experiences and scenario simulation capabilities by designing analytical outputs for different stakeholder personas and prototyping conversational interactions using pre-built AI and LLM components.

Who we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• Foundation in SQL, relational databases, and data analytics concepts, with the ability to work with structured datasets and support reporting and analytical activities.
• Experience with at least one BI and visualization platform such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik, including dashboard creation, calculated fields, and an understanding of data modelling and semantic layer principles.
• Familiarity with Python, APIs, JSON/CSV data formats, and basic ETL/ELT concepts, with an interest in applying these skills to analytics and data preparation use cases.
• Exposure to generative AI and Large Language Models (e.g., GPT, Claude, Copilot) and curiosity about how AI can enhance analytics, reporting, visualisation, and decision-making processes.
• Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly, think critically about data, and understand how different audiences may require different insights and visualization approaches.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, with the ability to manage priorities, adapt to changing needs, and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• A Master's degree, relevant certification (e.g., Microsoft PL-300, PL-900, DP-600), or personal projects related to analytics, data visualization, automation, or AI will be considered an asset.
