Join an International Customer Support Team

Are you a strong communicator who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and working with digital products? We are currently looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join an international team in Lisbon, Portugal, supporting clients of a well-known digital platform.

In this role, you will assist both individual consumers and business users, helping them resolve platform-related issues and get the most out of the client's products and services.

What will you do?

As a Customer Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting consumers and business users of the client platform

• Responding to customer requests through various communication channels

• Providing professional and efficient support based on each client's needs

• Assisting clients with billing and invoicing issues

• Troubleshooting account access and login problems

• Guiding clients through the client platform's products, tools, and features

• Helping users find practical solutions to product-related problems

• Ensuring a positive and professional experience in all customer interactions

What we are looking for

We are looking for candidates who:

• Have strong communication skills

• Enjoy helping clients and finding solutions

• Are comfortable working with digital products and online platforms

• Can communicate clearly and professionally

• Have a customer-focused and problem-solving mindset

• Are willing to learn and develop in an international work environment

• Are currently based in Lisbon or willing to relocate to Lisbon from any location in Portugal

• Are flexible and able to work according to the required shift schedule, which may include 7:00–22:00, 22:00–07:00, or a 24/7 rotating schedule, depending on the project.

Comprehensive training will be provided to help you understand the client's products, platform, and internal processes.

Salary and Benefits

There are two salary options available:

• €1,320 gross/month without company accommodation

or

• €1,260 gross/month with company-provided accommodation in Lisbon, subject to applicable company conditions. (relocation within Portugal)

Additionally, you may receive a performance bonus of up to €200.

The employment package also includes:

• Initial 12-month employment contract

• Possibility of a permanent contract after two years/one renewal

• Private health insurance after signing the employment contract

• Complete training for the position

• Support throughout the recruitment process

• Support for the relocation of candidates moving to Lisbon
