Position: AI Engineer

• AI & Machine Learning Development
  

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy AI/ML models for enterprise and airline applications.
    

  • Build predictive models, recommendation systems, NLP solutions, and Generative AI applications.
    

  • Deliver AI-driven solutions for customer service automation, chatbots, revenue optimization, flight operations analytics, predictive maintenance, passenger personalization, and crew/resource optimization.
    

• Generative AI & LLM Solutions
  

  • Develop and integrate LLM applications using platforms such as OpenAI and Azure OpenAI.
    

  • Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and advanced prompt engineering strategies.
    

  • Fine-tune and evaluate models for accuracy, safety, and compliance.
    

  • Monitor AI systems for hallucinations, bias, and regulatory risks.
    

• Data Engineering & Integration
  

  • Collaborate with data engineers to build scalable AI pipelines.
    

  • Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, cloud platforms, and operational databases.
    

  • Ensure adherence to data quality, governance, and security standards.
    

• Deployment & Optimization
  

  • Deploy AI applications in production using MLOps best practices.
    

  • Continuously monitor and optimize AI workloads for scalability, latency, and cost efficiency.
    

• Collaboration & Innovation
  

  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and define impactful use cases.
    

  • Support innovation initiatives and digital transformation programs.
    

  • Stay updated with emerging AI trends, tools, and technologies.
