AI Engineer (Innovation)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack AI Engineer with strong software engineering expertise and hands-on experience in building, integrating, and deploying AI-powered applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong Python programming skills, full-stack development experience, and practical knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), MCP, and modern AI frameworks.

The role involves developing scalable applications, integrating AI capabilities into enterprise workflows, and taking AI solutions from proof of concept to production.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
  

• Build backend services, APIs, and integrations using Python and FastAPI.
  

• Develop AI-powered applications using Generative AI and LLM technologies.
  

• Build and integrate LLM-based solutions using LangChain and LangGraph.
  

• Work with MCP (Model Context Protocol) for AI integrations and tool connectivity.
  

• Integrate AI models, LLM APIs, and enterprise AI services into business applications.
  

• Develop and deploy AI solutions into production environments.
  

• Work with REST APIs, microservices, databases, and application architecture.
  

• Follow software engineering best practices, including Git, testing, debugging, code reviews, and CI/CD.
  

• Monitor production applications, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.

Required Experience

• 8+ years of overall software engineering experience.
  

• Strong hands-on experience in full-stack application development.

• Practical experience building and deploying AI/LLM-powered applications.
  

• Good understanding of REST APIs, microservices, databases, and system integration.
  

• Experience with application deployment, monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting.
  

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  

Good to Have:

• Experience with Databricks.
  

• Exposure to the Airline/Aviation domain.
  

Location & Relocation Requirements

• Abu Dhabi, UAE.
  

• Mandatory 5 days work from office.
  

• Candidates currently based offshore can also apply if they are willing and ready to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
  

• Valid passport is mandatory.
  

• Candidate must provide written acknowledgement confirming willingness to work onsite in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
