AI ML Engineer

This is an exciting opportunity to help build an enterprise AI capability from the ground up, developing production-ready AI solutions, intelligent automation, and agentic AI systems using Snowflake, Generative AI, and AWS technologies.

Position Details

• Location: Miami, Florida.
• Work Model: Hybrid – On-site Monday through Thursday.
• Employment Type: Full-Time.
• Experience: 5–6 years in AI/ML Engineering or related fields.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and monitor enterprise AI/ML solutions using Snowflake Cortex and Snowpark.
• Build production-ready Generative AI, LLM, RAG, and agentic AI applications.
• Develop and maintain AI workloads using Python, SQL, and AWS cloud services.
• Support existing containerized AI applications running on AWS ECS.
• Translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions and automation workflows.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and business teams to deliver enterprise AI products.

Required Qualifications

• 5–6 years of experience in AI/ML Engineering, Data Science, or Software Engineering.
• Strong hands-on Snowflake expertise, particularly Snowflake Cortex and Snowpark (primary technical requirement).
• Proven experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions in production.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud-based AI development.
• Experience with AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, and ECS.
• Knowledge of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and AI agent orchestration.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks.
• Understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, and responsible AI practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

Nice to Have

• AWS certifications or advanced AI/ML qualifications.
• Experience developing multi-agent AI systems.
• Background in enterprise AI transformation.
• Experience in hospitality, travel, or cruise industries.
