About The Role We're looking for a skilled AI Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of technology and user experience. In this role, you’ll leverage expertise in large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering to craft user-centered, AI-powered features that elevate the experience for millions of video creators. Working alongside AI researchers and engineers, you’ll transform technical capabilities into innovative, consumer-friendly products that deepen engagement and deliver real value. What You'll Achieve AI Product Innovator: Shape the product roadmap by identifying and prioritizing AI opportunities that align with user needs and business goals. User-Centric Designer: Use customer empathy and research to guide the design of consumer-facing AI features that simplify complex AI capabilities, making them accessible and valuable to users. Collaborative Leader: Partner with AI researchers and engineers to transform technical breakthroughs into user-focused solutions. Data-Driven Strategist: Analyze key metrics and customer feedback to iteratively improve AI features, optimizing user experience and engagement. Skills You'll Need To Bring 3-8 years in product management. Relevant background in short video/creation tools/creator economy is preferred. Proven ability to design customer-centric products with a strong focus on usability and customer empathy. Strong ownership, entrepreneurship, and a passion for building products through innovative strategies. Knowledge in algorithm and large language model (LLM) products, particularly in recommendation systems. Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and comfortable collaborating with teammates in the US/Asia time zone. Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and tools. Hands-on expertise with large language models and prompt engineering to create intuitive, high-value AI-driven solutions is preferred. B2C experience is preferred. Experience in startup environments, especially in Generative AI (GenAI) is preferred. Creator experience is preferred.
