Inspect completed work to verify compliance with engineering drawings, customer specifications, regulatory requirements, and quality standards. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, technical manuals, specifications, and work instructions. Perform in-process, final, receiving, and functional inspections as required. Verify proper installation of structural, mechanical, electrical, and interior components. Utilize precision measuring tools, gauges, inspection equipment, and other quality instruments to verify dimensional accuracy and workmanship. Identify, document, and report discrepancies, defects, and nonconforming conditions. Complete inspection reports, quality records, and required documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Work closely with production, maintenance, engineering, and customer representatives to resolve quality concerns and support continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure all work is performed in accordance with company policies, customer requirements, FAA regulations, and applicable quality management systems. Requirements 3+ years of aircraft quality inspection experience in aerospace manufacturing, aircraft assembly, maintenance, repair, overhaul (MRO), modification, completion, or production environments. Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, specifications, and technical documentation. Experience performing aircraft inspections in accordance with customer, regulatory, and quality requirements. Knowledge of aircraft structures, mechanical systems, electrical systems, interiors, or aircraft assembly processes. Experience using precision measuring equipment and inspection tools. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work in physically demanding aerospace environments. Must be eligible to work in the United States.
