Henkel is seeking talented Marketing and Sales Analyst to join our team. As an Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our goals by providing key insights and recommendations to our Marketing and Sales teams.

What you´ll do

• Work closely with our Marketing and Sales teams to identify key business challenges and opportunities
• Provide data analysis that can assist in identifying market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activity
• Develop and deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
• Involvement in process harmonization, optimization, simplification within own scope
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track and communicate key performance metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement

What makes you a good fit

• Active level of English
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is advantage
• 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics or related field is advantage
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., VBA, Power Query, Power BI)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for innovation and continuous improvement

Salary: €1,500 – €1,800 gross per month. The advertised amount represents a starting salary range. The final salary will be determined based on the above criteria and confirmed after the interview process.
