As an Android developer for Adidev Technologies, you will be optimizing, building, and troubleshooting large-scale applications for our globally-recognized enterprise-level clients. Qualifications and Skills: At least 2 years of experience with Java Exposure to, or a willingness to learn Kotlin At least 1 application published to the PlayStore and familiar with SDLC Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, exposure to Android Studio Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services Comfortable with Git and source control A strong work ethic and the ability to manage yourself and your time Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal What you can expect: Competitive Salary Paid Relocation (when applicable) Remote Support Guaranteed Regular Salary Reviews Job Type: W2 or Contract 1099 (full time - 40 hours) Salary: $60k to $90k or $30/hr to $45/hr (Commensurate with experience) Required experience: Java: 2 years Kotlin: 6 months (or willing to learn) Android SDK Familiarity with SLDC
