Position Overview: Northwest Permanente, P.C., is currently seeking a board eligible/certified General Anesthesiologist to join our highly collaborative team of CRNAs and Physicians. Working for Northwest Permanente, our Anesthesiologist enjoy: $528,300 to $657,900 – Projected Annual Total Rewards Value* Salary: $441,800 to $502,000 21% employer contribution to retirement programs, including pension (This is not a match; NWP contributes an additional 21% of clinician earnings to retirement programs regardless of employee contribution) 90%+ employer paid health plan Paid annual education leave + $2K annual education allowance Relocation allowance - up to $15K Other Exceptional Benefits: Leadership opportunities Shareholder opportunities Paid sabbatical after attaining shareholder status Required Qualifications/Position Description: Prefer a minimum of three years post-residency experience but will consider candidates with less. Anesthesia care team model with a combination of medical supervision and sitting your own cases You will provide coverage at 3-4 locations, OB at two sites, with a primary home base. You must have essential skills including the ability to work independently in the operating room and frequently provide solo, one-on-one care to patients with multiple co-morbidities and complex medical conditions as well as strong skills in invasive clinical monitoring. No 24hr call; Amazing 1:23 night call ratio; 1 weekend every 2 months. Shift lengths are variable; Current shifts range 6-14hrs. Cases include neuro/spine, vascular, ENT, ortho, general surgery, plastics, urology, thoracic, robot, spinal, epidural, OB, non-OR sites, and pediatric opportunities.
