We have Level 3 recognition by the NCQA as a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) and offer our patients high-quality integrated primary medical care (adult medicine, pediatrics, geriatrics), dental care, optometry, psychiatry and behavioral health services regardless of their insurance status or ability to pay. We have an opportunity for an Advanced Practice Clinician (PA-C or ARNP) to join our Primary Care team. Experienced and newly graduated PA-Cs and ARNPs are invited to apply. Where you’ll work: Port Angeles is located on the North Olympic Peninsula, approximately two hours west of Seattle, and ninety minutes by ferry from Victoria, British Columbia. As an APC at NOHN, you will have the chance to develop and cultivate patient relationships through the management of your own patient panel while being supported by your integrated care team of physician and APC colleagues, nurses, dentists, behavioral health providers, optometrists and pharmacists.
