What You Will Lead Direction and development of a technical team focused on next-generation adhesives solutions for top-tier electronics customers. A culture of innovation, continuous learning, and professional growth. Strategic planning for lab capabilities, including CapEx oversight and continuous improvement initiatives. Workflow prioritization, project coordination, technical reporting, and lab performance optimization. Compliance with safety, quality, and customer requirements across all engineering activities. What Makes You a Strong Match Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related scientific field. 10+ years working with adhesives, films, or tape technologies used in consumer electronics. 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams of engineers or scientists. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with agile processes and complex project execution. Knowledge of FEA, flow modeling, CAD tools, and lab automation technologies.
