Alon Management is seeking an experienced McDonald’s Area Supervisor or multi-unit operations leader to oversee multiple McDonald’s restaurants.

Previous McDonald’s multi-unit management experience is required for this position.

At Alon Management, we believe great restaurants start with great leaders. In this role, you’ll coach General Managers, develop restaurant leadership teams, drive operational performance, and help build strong, successful restaurants.

Required Qualifications

• Previous McDonald’s management experience is required
• Previous multi-unit restaurant leadership experience is required
• 3+ years of experience overseeing multiple restaurant locations
• Strong working knowledge of McDonald’s operating systems, procedures, standards, food safety requirements, and performance metrics
• Proven experience coaching and developing General Managers
• Demonstrated ability to drive results across multiple restaurant locations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong business acumen and understanding of restaurant operations and profitability
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel regularly between assigned restaurant locations

• McDonald’s Area Supervisor
• McDonald’s District Manager
• McDonald’s Operations Consultant
• McDonald’s Multi-Unit Supervisor
• Similar multi-unit leadership position within the McDonald’s system

Please note: This position requires previous multi-unit leadership experience. Current General Managers who have not previously held a multi-unit leadership position do not meet the minimum experience requirements for this role.
