Position Overview: Join a regional health system as a Gastroenterologist to provide expert, compassionate care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. The role includes opportunities for professional growth, community impact, and potential ownership in an endoscopy center.
Responsibilities: Provide general GI services, with optional subspecialty interests such as IBD or ERCP. Join a team of experienced gastroenterologists and advanced practitioners, participating in a shared call schedule (1:7). Conduct 12-21 procedures daily with minimal clinic time (1-2 days/month). Support staff and EMR systems facilitate efficient practice. Mentorship is available for new graduates.
Qualifications & Skills: Board certification or eligibility in gastroenterology, flexibility for general and advanced GI procedures, and strong communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
