Single hospital coverage within a regional referral center•
Support / Care Team:
Three OB/Gyns, OB Hospitalists, neonatologists, APPs, and full support staff•
EMR / Technology:
Modern EMR; dedicated surgical suites and robotics
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care to a diverse patient population• Perform a full range of OB/Gyn procedures, including minimally invasive and robotic surgeries• Manage deliveries and gynecologic surgical cases• Collaborate with OB Hospitalists, physicians, APPs, and multidisciplinary care teams• Participate in shared call responsibilities• Document patient care using hospital EMR system
Compensation & Benefits
Salary:
$350,000 - $450,000 + productivity incentives/bonuses•

Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology• Active or eligible Texas medical license• Interest in full-scope OB/Gyn practice• Robotics experience preferred but not required
