Job Description Location: Chennai | Employment Type: Full-time Role Summary: Responsible for supervising the asset creation process, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and coordination across VFX departments. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the Asset/Modeling team. Review assets for quality, technical standards, and project requirements. Allocate tasks and track asset progress and deliveries. Coordinate with Production and other departments for asset requirements. Conduct quality checks and ensure smooth asset handovers. Mentor artists and resolve production-related issues. Requirements Requirements: 4–7+ years of VFX/Animation experience, with supervisory experience preferred. Strong understanding of Modeling, Texturing, Look Development, and Rigging workflows. Knowledge of Maya, Houdini, Substance Painter, ZBrush, or similar tools. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Experience with VFX pipelines and asset management tools is an advantage.
