Assistant General Manager

The position requires at least 5 years of hotel management experience either as a Resort GM or Hotel Manager or Executive Assistant Manager and a minimum of 15 years' experience in hospitality roles with 5 star hotels/resorts or luxury cruise lines. English Language proficiency is mandatory. Duties: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the properties, including housekeeping, food and beverage services, and other departments. Ensuring that the properties are running efficiently and providing a high level of service to the principal and their guests. Implementing and maintaining quality standards to meet or exceed the principal's and their guests' expectations. Recruiting, training, and supervising staff at various levels. Creating and maintaining a positive work environment to enhance staff morale and productivity. Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience as a Resort GM or Hotel Manager or Executive Assistant Manager. Overall minimum of 15 years experience in hospitality roles. Experience from luxury, exclusive and unique environments from 5* hotels, resorts or luxury cruise lines. Qualifications: Degree in hospitality or tourism. English Language proficiency.
