Job Requirements Job Title: Estimation & Costing Job Type: Full Time We are seeking a highly experienced Estimation & Costing with a minimum of 6 years of experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in budgeting, cost estimation within the real estate sector. Responsibilities: - Develop accurate cost estimates for real estate development projects - Analyze project requirements and create detailed budgets - Monitor project costs and provide regular updates to stakeholders - Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure cost-effective solutions Requirements: - B.E Civil - Minimum of 6 years of experience in estimation and budgeting within the real estate industry - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Work Experience Skills Required: 1.
