  • Advance automation and process optimization efforts, identifying and implementing technology solutions that enhance efficiency and control.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, Corporate Finance, Accounting, Legal, and Tax to ensure alignment, compliance, and seamless execution of treasury activities.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, debt covenants, and regulatory reporting requirements, maintaining strong governance across all treasury processes.
  • Provide clear, timely analysis and updates to senior leadership on liquidity, capital markets trends, and key treasury initiatives.
  • Support the development and enhancement of treasury policies and procedures consistent with company objectives and regulatory standards.
  • Oversee treasury-related risk management, including monitoring and managing foreign exchange, interest rate exposure, and related hedging strategies.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or master’s in finance) preferred.
  • 20+ years of progressive corporate treasury experience within complex, multinational organizations, with 5+ years of management experience.
  • Hands-on experience executing debt and equity capital markets transactions, including public offerings, refinancing, and buy-back programs.
  • Strong technical expertise across core treasury functions, including liquidity management, investing, debt servicing, and M&A support.
  • Proven analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and present complex financial information.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, operate independently, and deliver high-quality results under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Experience overseeing treasury systems, automation solutions, and process-improvement initiatives.
  • Strong communication skills and executive presence, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and represent the company externally.
  • High integrity, sound judgment, and a balanced, pragmatic approach to decision-making.
  • Experience leading, developing, and motivating high-performing teams in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience engaging with banks, rating agencies, and other external financial partners.
  • Track record of building scalable treasury processes and implementing technology-enabled efficiencies.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive strategic objectives, think creatively, and navigate ambiguity in a dynamic environment.
