Associate Dentist

Role Overview: An Associate Dentist supports the delivery of high-quality dental care to a diverse patient base, primarily children and young adults, in a compassionate and team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental services using advanced tools such as digital x-rays, fiber-optic handpieces, and DentaPro software.
• Collaborate with a team that includes hygienists, assistants, and support staff to ensure optimal patient care.
• Participate in team activities like morning huddles, promote community engagement, and foster a positive practice image.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency protocols through regular training.
• Contribute to a smooth patient flow, typically seeing 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients per day.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental program.
• Valid dental license or eligibility in applicable states.
• CPR, DEA, and other relevant certifications; nitrous oxide certification preferred in certain states.
• Strong desire to serve children and adults with compassion.
