Role:

Associate Dentist responsible for delivering high-quality dental care to a diverse patient population, primarily children and young adults, in a compassionate and team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive dental services using advanced tools such as digital x-ray, Panorex, and fiber-optic handpieces.
Support community health by promoting a positive image and engaging in team activities like morning huddles.
Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and support staff to ensure efficient patient care and office flow.
Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency protocols through regular training.

Qualifications & Skills:

DDS/DMD from an accredited program and valid dental license in applicable states.
Certifications including CPR, DEA, and nitrous oxide (where applicable).
Strong compassion and desire to serve both children and adults.
