Role: Associate Dentist responsible for delivering high-quality dental care to a diverse patient base, primarily children and young adults, in a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive dental services using advanced tools such as digital x-ray and fiber-optic handpieces.
Participate in team activities like morning huddles, planning, and promoting a positive community image.
Ensure patient comfort and care, especially for pediatric patients (70%+ of patients).
Support team collaboration and contribute to a fun, compassionate environment.

Qualifications & Skills

DDS/DMD from an accredited dental program.
Valid dental license in applicable states or eligibility for licensure.
Certifications including CPR, DEA, and Nitrous Oxide (where applicable).
Strong desire to serve children and adults with compassion.
Ability to work effectively with a team and maintain a positive attitude.
