Who We Are Looking For The ideal Associate Dentist: Is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care Helps patients feel comfortable and at ease Communicates effectively with patients, families, and team members Works collaboratively while also being comfortable practicing independently Is motivated to build a sustainable and successful patient base Qualifications Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) Program from an accredited school or university program, OR successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) equivalency process.
