Production means software people actually use, not a notebook: interfaces, APIs, and platforms wrapped around AI systems. We are hiring an Associate Full Stack Developer in Raipur to build that layer for clients across the GCC and beyond. What you'll do Ship your first production feature inside 90 days: a working interface or API on a client AI system, with senior review. Build React/Next.js frontends and Node.js APIs on top of agents, retrieval pipelines, and dashboards. Contribute interfaces and tooling to our internal delivery accelerators, designed to compress month-long consulting delivery into sprints. Build on Levent's own site and internal platforms between client engagements. Shadow client sessions from early on; by the one-year mark you own tasks across a client or accelerator component and ship with lighter review. Requirements What we're looking for You are comfortable in TypeScript and modern React, or can show equivalent frontend depth. You can build a Node.js API: routing, authentication, and talking to a database. You have built and deployed something real end to end (project, internship, or freelance) and can walk us through your decisions. Solid fundamentals: data structures, debugging, reading unfamiliar code, Git. Clear written and spoken communication; we serve international clients. Nice to have: Next.js in production, Python exposure (our AI delivery stack), deployment on any major cloud, LLM API integration. If you hit most of the must-haves, apply.
