Multiple Opportunities | Full Time or Part Time
Multiple exciting leadership opportunities are available for passionate and experienced Associate Nurse/Midwife Unit Managers to join our Rotamah Ward (Women’s & Children’s) team.

You will provide clinical leadership, ensure high-quality patient-centred care, and help shape our evolving collaborative model of maternity care.
The Opportunity:
Rotamah Ward (Women’s & Children’s) is a secure 8-bed unit consisting of 8 women’s and children’s inpatient beds, an antenatal clinic and a domiciliary service. As part of a multidisciplinary team, the ANUM/AMUM supports the Unit Manager to coordinate daily operations, provide clinical leadership, and ensure safe, high-quality, person-centred care.
This role also assumes responsibility for the ward outside business hours, ensuring continuity of leadership and service delivery. Be part of a service evolving to meet growing regional demand, with a strong focus on developing contemporary, collaborative models of maternity, women’s and paediatric health care.
