As an Associate Product Manager, you'll learn the craft of product management by taking on defined tasks and small pieces of the product under the close guidance of senior Product Managers and leadership a launchpad role for someone early in their career.

Responsibilities

• Help gather customer insights, including through data analytics and feedback loops, and assist in summarizing findings into clear, digestible takeaways.

• Support the product roadmap for your team's area by helping track customer needs, market trends, and team goals.

• Draft sections of Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), user needs, success metrics, and milestones, with close review and guidance from a senior PM.

• Help gather and organize information to support feature prioritization decisions.

• Support small, well-defined features end-to-end from initial idea through launch by coordinating with engineering, design, and QA under the direction of a senior PM.

• Collaborate with developers, UX designers, other product team members, and marketing, and build the communication and organizational habits needed to grow into broader ownership.

• Help track testing plans and validation checklists to support quality releases.

• Note friction points, gaps, and possible enhancements you observe in user feedback or basic data, and bring ideas to the team.

• Use AI tools in your own workflow for research synthesis, drafting, and data analysis to move faster, and share what you learn with the team.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 1-2 years of experience in product management, product operations, or a related field; internship or coursework experience counts.

• Eagerness to learn the fundamentals of building and launching products; no prior shipped-product experience required.

• Curiosity about how technical systems work, and comfort asking questions in conversations with engineers.

• Strong interpersonal communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

• Customer-centricity: you can share an example of sticking with a problem until it was resolved for someone else.

• Interest in learning about other functional areas, such as Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance, or Marketing.

• AI enthusiast, you're a hands-on user of AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) in your day-to-day work and are always looking for ways to use them to work faster and boost your own productivity.

• Comfortable working across time zones with teams and clients in the US, Europe, and Asia.
