About Us
Qure.ai is a global healthtech
company using artificial intelligence to improve disease detection and patient
outcomes at scale. Our solutions are deployed across hospitals, diagnostic
networks, and public health programs worldwide.
Today, our technology
has impacted 40M+ lives across 105+ countries, deployed across 5,200+
sites, and powered by one of the world’s largest real-world medical imaging
datasets. With 26 FDA-cleared indications, we are helping shape the
future of AI-driven healthcare.
The Opportunity
We're looking for an Associate Product Manager to help build AI
products from early-stage models to clinically validated, deployed, and
continuously improving solutions.
This is a technical, hands-on builder's role. You'll work closely with
AI research, engineering, and clinical teams to define product requirements,
evaluate model performance, drive validation studies, design clinical
workflows, and bring new AI capabilities into real-world clinical practice.
If you enjoy working with data, understanding how AI models behave,
solving ambiguous problems, and turning experimental capabilities into
real-world products, this role is for you
What You’ll Own & Drive
- Take AI products from concept toward launch. Translate early AI capabilities into well-defined products,
establishing requirements, success criteria, performance expectations, and
milestones.
- Evaluate model performance and investigate failures. Analyze performance across datasets, patient subgroups, and
imaging characteristics. Investigate false positives, false negatives, and
failure patterns to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Drive dataset development and quality. Define data requirements, identify gaps in dataset representation, and
coordinate data acquisition, curation, annotation, and quality control.
- Design and execute clinical validation and regulatory studies. Support study design, define evaluation datasets and protocols,
coordinate ground-truthing, and perform analyses supporting clinical
validation and regulatory submissions.
- Design clinical workflows around AI outputs. Understand where AI findings fit into care pathways and build
downstream workflows that translate model outputs into meaningful clinical
actions.
- Drive deployment readiness and rollouts. Define configuration, integration, and testing requirements with
engineering teams, and coordinate product deployment and go-live
activities.
- Monitor model and site performance. Track
sensitivity, specificity, false-positive rates, and data drift.
Investigate performance degradation and translate real-world observations
into product improvements.
- Work with R&D to improve models. Translate validation findings and field feedback into prioritized
model-improvement requirements, balancing technical performance, clinical
utility, and development effort.
- Get hands-on with data and prototypes. Use
Python, SQL, and AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code or Codex to
analyze datasets, investigate issues, and prototype solutions
independently.
Core Skills Required
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering,
Computer Science, Technology, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 1–3 years in product management, AI/ML,
data science, software engineering, healthtech, or another
technical/analytical role. Prior PM experience is not mandatory for
candidates with strong technical and problem-solving skills.
- AI/ML understanding: Familiarity with machine learning fundamentals, model evaluation, training
and validation datasets, and metrics such as precision, recall,
sensitivity, specificity, and AUROC.
- Technical and analytical fluency: Comfortable working with datasets, performing analyses, and interpreting
quantitative results. Experience with Python, SQL, or AI-assisted
development tools is highly valued.
- Structured problem-solving: Ability to break ambiguous technical and product problems into actionable
plans and drive them toward resolution.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: Comfortable operating in ambiguous, early-stage environments,
experimenting, and building solutions without established playbooks.
- Communication and collaboration: Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively across R&D,
engineering, clinical, and product teams.
Good to have
- Hands-on experience developing, training, fine-tuning, or
evaluating ML models.
- Experience using Python for data analysis, experimentation, or
prototyping.
- Experience with large datasets, data quality, annotation pipelines,
or model evaluation frameworks.
- Experience shipping AI/ML-powered products or moving research
prototypes into production.
- Familiarity with clinical study design, medical imaging, healthcare
data, or regulatory validation.
