Associate – U.S. Real Estate Investments

A leading institutional investment firm is seeking an Associate to join its U.S. Real Estate investment team. This is an outstanding opportunity to work alongside a high-performing global investment team focused on acquiring, managing, and growing a diversified U.S. real estate portfolio.

The successful candidate will relocate to the Middle East and gain exposure to large-scale direct investments, joint ventures, fund investments, and portfolio management across multiple real estate sectors.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate investment opportunities across the U.S. real estate market.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models, valuations, and investment analyses.
• Conduct commercial, financial, and operational due diligence.
• Prepare investment committee materials and presentation packs.
• Monitor portfolio performance and provide strategic recommendations.
• Work closely with external partners, fund managers, developers, and advisors.
• Support transaction execution from origination through closing.
• Research market trends, sectors, and macroeconomic developments affecting U.S. real estate.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant experience within:
• Real Estate Private Equity
• Institutional Real Estate Investing
• Real Estate Investment Banking
• Real Estate Asset Management
• Real Estate Investment Management
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
• Experience analysing real estate transactions and investment opportunities.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics or a related discipline. CFA or graduate qualifications are advantageous.
