Job Responsibilities: Perform surgical procedures with precision and care, ranging from routine spays and neuters to complex soft tissue surgeries. Conduct thorough physical examinations and diagnostic tests to assess the health status of patients and formulate treatment plans. Provide general medical care, including vaccinations, parasite control, and preventive healthcare measures. Communicate effectively with pet owners, offering guidance on nutrition, behavior, and overall wellness. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless patient care and maintain accurate medical records. Participate in continuing education activities to stay abreast of advancements in veterinary medicine and surgical techniques. Whether you are a seasoned veterinarian with years of experience under your belt or a recent graduate eager to kick-start your career, we welcome you to join our inclusive and supportive team. Requirements: Education: Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or Veterinary Medical Doctor (VMD) degree from an accredited veterinary school. Licensing: Valid state veterinary license in good standing or eligibility to obtain one. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in veterinary medicine, preferably in a clinical setting. Skills: Proficiency in diagnostics, treatment, surgery, and preventive care. Attributes: Compassionate, empathetic, and dedicated to animal welfare. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and handle animals of various sizes and weights, and to stand for extended periods.
