You Must Have:
Minimum 2 Years Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer Experience
Experience with Dealership Reynolds & Reynolds System a Plus
Lucrative Pay Structure – Salary plus Commission/Bonus Pay Structure
Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record
Excellent Customer Service and Time Management Skills
Ability to work Saturday when required
Responsibilities Include:
Greet and Communicate with Customers on All Aspects of Repair
Arrange Appointments for Customers and Create Work Orders in Dealership System
Communicate Repair Information and Details to Technicians
Provide Estimates to Customers, Secure Work Approval and Finalize Invoices
Work Fluidly between Sales, Service and Parts Departments
Perform Other Duties as Assigned
