Automotive Service Center Manager Trainee

Role Overview: This position involves leading and managing a service team, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advance technical expertise and oversee Service Advisors and Technicians
• Participate in hiring, performance reviews, and coaching
• Gain understanding of expense management
• Support team development through training and leadership initiatives

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong technical aptitude for resolving complex challenges
• Leadership desire with team management skills
• Valid Driver's License
• Interest in obtaining ASE A4 & A5 Certifications
• Ability to relocate after completing the Manager Trainee Program (relocation assistance available)
