About the Role
Join a small engineering team building AI-powered backend systems for healthcare operations. You will help make access to care faster by developing reliable infrastructure for clinical information processing and customer onboarding.
What You'll Do
Architect and deploy backend systems that process high-volume data through APIs.
Shape product iterations by incorporating direct customer feedback.
Build secure, reliable agentic infrastructure for clinical information.
Own critical backend systems and guide their technical evolution.
Scale systems and architecture to support customer onboarding and company growth.
What We're Looking For
0 to 1 years of professional backend software development experience.
Proficiency in Python and experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform.
Understanding of prompt engineering.
An active GitHub profile demonstrating meaningful contributions.
Currently working in a role at an established company.
Interest in building impactful healthcare products and availability to work in person five days per week.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $120,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
