You run the bar across the whole day — coffee and tea service in the morning, cocktails and aperitivo by evening.

What the role covers

• Craft drinks with precision and speed across every part of the day
• Keep the bar clean, stocked, compliant and ready throughout service
• Recommend with confidence and make the bar the best seat in the room
• Work in sync with the floor and the kitchen through peak service

What we're looking for

• One to two years as a bartender in an upscale or fine dining environment
• Solid knowledge of spirits, cocktails, coffee and tea
• Awareness of UAE regulations on alcohol service
• Fluent English; a second European language an advantage
