Beverage Manager | Luxury Hotel

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the beverage operation across multiple bars, outlets and revenue centres, delivering a flawless guest experience at every touchpoint
• Create and develop cocktail menus and recipes for a range of concepts, keeping the offer fresh and on trend, including non-alcoholic
• Drive beverage revenue through smart menu engineering, pricing and strong product knowledge
• Control beverage costs, par stocks, slow movers and expiries, with standardised recipes across every outlet
• Train and inspire bartenders and service teams on wine, champagne, spirits, beers and cocktails
• Deliver large-scale events and high-volume operations with precision and calm

About You

• Proven experience as a Bar Manager, Beverage Manager, Head Bartender or Head Sommelier in a luxury hotel or premium multi-outlet operation
• WSET Level 3 or an equivalent wine qualification
• Excellent knowledge of wines, champagne, spirits, beers, glassware and beverage systems
• Strong commercial literacy: beverage cost, pricing, menu development and inventory management
• A natural trainer and leader with excellent communication skills
• Relevant international experience; additional languages are a strong advantage
