Bilingual Customer Service Advisor (Croatian + English) Location: Athens, Greece Start Date: 02 January 2026 Contract: Temporary 8 months Work Model: Onsite Schedule: MonSun, 09:0019:00 (40h/week) Salary: 1,200 gross/month (14 salaries) About the Role We are looking for a Croatian + English speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our clients team in Athens. In this role, you will support customers via phone and email, manage inquiries and complaints, and ensure highquality service delivery within established procedures and SLAs.
