Your Role As a Customer Service Advisor , you will: Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring clarity and efficiency. Properly log and document each interaction in the service database. Handle complaints and escalations following company guidelines. Meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while maintaining service excellence. Provide recommendations and troubleshoot issues to enhance overall user experience. Schedule MonFri: 10:00 AM 6:30 PM SatSun: 11:00 AM 7:30 PM Remote option: available only if submitted two weeks before start date and approved. Full-time: 40 hours per week.
