Are you a BIM / Design Manager or similar with global experience who is ready to take their career to the UK within a completely autonomous role offered by an international design studio?

Founded in the 1960s, this international design studio has constantly performed to a high standard, working on various projects and developing an impressive portfolio of clients. They are now looking for the best person to lead teams of up to 25 people on bespoke projects as they further their expansion into the Middle Eastern market.

In this brand-new role, your responsibilities will span from setting the standards for and spearheading the adoption of Revit / Forma to leading BIM implementation. You will be overseeing, coaching and training teams of employees, ensuring smooth project delivery. Your contributions will directly shape how the practice designs and delivers, keeping up with industry standards and compliances whilst leading information management.

This role will suit a BIM Design Manager or similar looking to pivot their career into a UK based Design Studio that fosters career progression, rewards individual input, and supports employees through many benefits - including a comprehensive employer pension contribution.

The Role:

• Head up projects and take responsibility for delivery on time and within budget
• Lead BIM implementation and mentor on design software
• Overseeing, coaching, and training employees
• Flexible working: core hours 10-12 and 2-4 Monday to Thursday, half day on Friday
• Opportunity for individually assessed annual performance bonuses

The Person:

• BIM / Design Manager or similar
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and Rhino
• Commutable to Newcastle
