Genesee Lake School (GLS), a MyPath company, based in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin, provides residential, educational, and community-based services for children and young adults with emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll play a key leadership role in helping students achieve meaningful behavioral, social, and educational success while supporting and mentoring the teams who work alongside them every day. As a Clinical Leader, the BCBA is responsible for: Serving as a behavioral consultant across educational, residential, therapeutic, and healthcare settings to promote consistent, trauma-informed, and evidence-based supports. Conducting functional and behavioral assessments to identify student needs and inform individualized, function-based interventions. Partnering with interdisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and evaluate behavior support strategies that improve student outcomes, increase independence, and enhance quality of life. Using behavioral data to inform clinical decision-making, monitor progress, and evaluate intervention effectiveness. Providing coaching, consultation, and real-time support to staff to strengthen implementation of behavioral strategies and build team capacity. Delivering training on Positive Behavior Supports, behavior analytic principles, crisis prevention, and other evidence-based practices. Collaborating with therapists, educators, nurses, residential staff, and other specialists to ensure integrated, student-centered care. Supporting organizational initiatives that advance Positive Behavior Supports, trauma-informed care, and restraint elimination through proactive intervention strategies, staff development, and continuous quality improvement. As a valued member of our Therapeutic Services team, you'll collaborate closely with therapists, therapeutic support staff, educators, health services, residential teams, and other interdisciplinary professionals to provide integrated, student- centered care. With no billable hour requirements, stable caseloads, flexible scheduling, and a dedicated on-site office, you'll have the support and autonomy needed to thrive while maintaining work-life balance and opportunities for long-term professional growth. Schedule Full-time, 40 hours, First Shift. Flexibility required with occasional shifts outside of standard schedule to support student needs. Compensation & Benefits: Starting salary: $90,000, based on experience. What You’ll Bring: Education & Experience: Master’s Degree Required. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing (required). Eligible for Wisconsin Behavior Analyst License within 90 days of hire (required). Support available for qualified candidates obtaining Wisconsin licensure from another state. Minimum 2 years of experience working with individuals with autism or related disabilities in a residential, clinical, or educational setting (3+ years preferred). Demonstrated experience with Positive Behavior Supports (PBS), trauma-informed care, and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS). Required Skills & Attributes: Ability to maintain a calm and effective demeanor in emergency and stressful situations. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality care. Ability to coach, mentor, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Commitment to culturally responsive and ethical practices. Collaborative, flexible, and mission-driven mindset. Additional Requirements: Must be at least 21 years old. Must possess a valid Driver's License and have an acceptable driving record. Willingness to work with residents in a variety of settings, including community outings.
