Description Outpatient Behavioral Health Full-time Are you someone with compassion who wants to enrich the lives of children with Autism? If you’re a dedicated BCBA looking for a fulfilling opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children and families while promoting a positive and supportive work culture, please apply now! What will your day look like as a BCBA? Assess clients’ and potential clients’ current skill level and challenging behaviors. Develop evidence-based treatment plans for teaching social, communication, and life skills, as well as reducing challenging behaviors. Supervise treatment cases to ensure best treatment practices, client progress, and appropriate modifications to programming. Train and supervise behavior technicians to work with clients. Work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism and their caregivers to enrich their lives by providing exceptional therapy and family guidance services and support. Experience collaboration and growth, preparing you for a career in behavior analysis or in other behavioral health and mental health fields. Job Highlights All services are clinic based. BCBAs have small caseloads to increase quality of client outcomes and supervision. Commitment to work-life balance and reducing burnout. Strong emphasis and support for caregiver involvement and guidance. Clinician driven administration and operations team. Electronic data collection system with clinician-made treatment plan and note templates. Office in view of our Natural Environment Teaching (NET) area and Discrete Trial Teaching (DTT) room. Clinical assistance in creating materials for clients. Emphasizes collaboration and inclusivity among BCBAs. Opportunities for growth and advancement! Continuing education (CEU) spending account. Two professional development days off per year. Requirements Master’s Degree from an accredited university in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field Board Certified as a Behavioral Analyst through the BACB Licensed or license eligible as a Behavior Analyst through the state of North Carolina.
