We are seeking a full time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavior supports in our adult residential programs. This position offers hands on engagement with individuals and staff outside of a typical clinical setting. Work with adults with high behaviors in an Intensive Treatment Services setting, using best practices and implementing changes as client needs change. Complete annual functional assessments to develop and implement BSP, modify as needed. Provide direct monitoring, assessment, intervention, and applied staff training on implementation of individual behavioral support plans. Ensure that all behavioral services are documented and meet all criteria for billing. Maintain system for collecting objective data regarding the skills and needs of clients served. Maintain system for collecting program specific information and quality outcome data. Attend individual psychiatric appointments and inpatient psychiatric discharge meetings. Serve as a voice and advocate for individuals served. Collaborate with other therapists to develop ideas for special projects and work as a team to develop and implement those ideas. Attend all agency, departmental and client specific meetings as directed. Participate in on-going professional training. Must report any suspected abuse, neglect or exploitation to supervisor or department head. Comply with all standards to assure the health and safety of all individuals. Qualifications: Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, social work or related field. Current BCBA License Prefer: two years’ experience with behavior supports evaluation and services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Valid Driver’s License and auto insurance. Valid CPR and First Aid Certification. Technology proficiency.
