Ready to put your collision repair experience and leadership skills to work? Wallwork Truck Center is hiring a hands-on Body Shop Manager to lead our five-person team and oversee our heavy-duty truck body shop in Bismarck, North Dakota.

You’ll join an established leadership team that works together, supports one another, and welcomes ideas for improving the business. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, enjoys developing employees, and cares about the quality of work and service customers receive.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily body shop operations, including staffing, workflow, repair quality, productivity, and profitability.

• Lead a five-person team, including interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, and managing employee performance.

• Set clear expectations, follow through, and help employees build their skills.

• Deliver excellent customer service and build lasting customer relationships.

• Oversee collision repair estimating and billing for trucks, trailers, and other vehicles.

• Review financial records and shop performance to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.

• Inspect damaged vehicles at customer locations and prepare repair estimates.

• Help grow the business through customer visits and relationship building.

• Attend career fairs and support efforts to recruit new employees.

Education and Experience

• Two years of vocational training in Collision Repair or a similar field, or foreign equivalent.

• Two years of experience in body shop management, collision repair management, or a related role.

• Experience with collision estimating and shop management software, such as CCC ONE, Mitchell, Audatex, AdjustRite, or similar systems.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, accounting software, and computerized frame measuring systems.

You do not need experience with every software program listed. Experience with comparable systems is welcome.

Pay, Location, and Travel

• Pay: $90,000–$120,000 annually.

• Location: Bismarck, North Dakota.

• Relocation: Relocation reimbursement available.

• Travel: Approximately 20% for recruiting events, customer visits, vehicle inspections, and business development.

• Flexibility: Telecommuting permitted one day per week.
