We are looking for an experienced people leader to take the reins of our Emerald branch, leading the team in an important regional market.

This is a significant leadership role for someone who understands agriculture, values strong customer relationships, loves developing people, and wants to build something special.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a leader first and foremost. Someone who can bring people together, create accountability, build capability, and inspire a team to achieve more than they thought possible.

You will ideally bring:
- Strong Agriculture industry experience
- Experience leading multi-functional teams across Sales, Parts, Service or Operations
- Commercial and business acumen, including budget and performance management
- A passion for people development, culture and leadership
- The ability to build trust with customers, team members and the local community
- A track record of delivering results while maintaining a positive, values-led culture
- A hands-on leadership style with the confidence to lead from the front
- Experience in agriculture, John Deere, heavy equipment, dealerships, construction, automotive, transport or related industries will be highly regarded
