They are as follows: Passion for Excellence Truth Respectful Positive Energy Understands Quality Ownership Responsibilities Brew, CIP, and maintain brewing systems (30 bbl, 3 bbl, 10 gal) CIP fermentation and brite tanks Operate and maintain centrifuge Operate and maintain CIP skid Perform daily measurements and sensory analysis of product in process, and make process decisions to ensure quality Perform fermentation additions including dry hops, fruit, finings, etc. Carbonate brite beer to spec Krausen beer from fermentation vessels Rack product in and out of oak barrels Keg pilot batches Log production activities on brew sheets and in brewery management software Maintain a clean production area Drive and operate forklift and scissor lift Participate in product development meetings, sensory panels, and product description meetings Schedule Rotation Morning shift (A) 7am-3pm Morning shift (B) 6am-3pm Afternoon shift (A) 12pm-8pm Afternoon shift (B) 3pm-11:30pm Rotating weekend duties- approximately 2 hours; biweekly Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary Relocation assistance provided Medical benefits with company contribution Paid time-off Discounts on food, beer, and company products Production area is climate controlled Company sponsored gym memberships Opportunity for professional growth Experience 2+ years professional brewing experience required Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment Familiarity with safety protocols related to beer production
